Common Questions
are your quotes free?
Absolutely! We’ll never charge you for attending your home or office and preparing a quotation for you. All quotes are final and have no hidden charges, based on the works request we work on.
Do I have to prepare anything before you start working?
Not at all! That’s why you’ve hired us. We cover or move any furniture which we will be working near. If you have some priceless valuables we’d suggest you instruct us where you’d like them moved to, or move them prior.
Are you a North Shore Local Business?
We live on The Upper North Shore and love servicing the local area. We know the homes and streets like the backs of our paint brushes 🙂
DO YOU COME OUT IN PERSON BEFORE QUOTING?
Absolutely, we’ll come out and shake your hand and walk around inside and out where you require painting works. You can ask us questions about our process.
Can I request a specific paint brand to be used?
Yes, If you have a favourite paint brand, we’re happy to follow your direction as long as it suits the surface and will allow us still to guarantee our work. For example – if you wanted interior paint used on an outside surface, this wouldn’t let us guarantee our work.
Do you work outside of the northshore?
Our North Shore Clients keep us busy, but we’re happy to look at any work if it’s within the greater Sydney area.
Can you do maintenance and repair work?
We can do minor maintenance and repair work such as repairing walls, waterproofing, replacing skirting boards etc. If we can’t do it ourselves we can refer you to our carpenter.
Do you offer pressure Washing?
Yes, for home pre-sale we often are asked to do pressure washing or to clean off dirt and build up. Let’s chat about what you’re trying to achieve.
